Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in Australia.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. During peak festival season or new drops, it can take up to 5 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Delivery times
- Standard: 3 to 8 business days
- Express: 1 to 3 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. If you need your pair for a specific festival, choose Express and order early.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery option you choose.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 to 7 business days, email beaminmerch@gmail.com and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, badly delayed or arrives damaged, let us know as soon as you can at beaminmerch@gmail.com. We may ask for photos of any damage. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
Address changes
Please check your address before checking out. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
