Returns Policy – Beamin

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will:

  1. Provide a return shipping label, and

  2. Send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products (e.g., made-to-order merch)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have (via the process above), and

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow additional processing time from your bank or card provider
