Part of the Beamin Festival Outfit Guide. Updated October 2026.

Lost Paradise is a New Year's camping festival in Glenworth Valley, on the NSW Central Coast about an hour north of Sydney. Over four days you'll see everything from sunrise yoga in the Shambala Fields to late-night sets at the Lost Disco and Paradise Club, which means you need outfits that work for very different moods.

This Lost Paradise packing list and outfit guide covers what to wear each day, what to pack for camping, and which festival sunglasses survive four days in the valley.

How to plan your Lost Paradise outfits

The trick with Lost Paradise is planning by day, not by outfit. Day one is arrival and setting up camp, so go practical. Days two and three are your peak looks. New Year's Eve is the big one. New Year's Day is about comfort and recovery. Pack one hero accessory per day and mix it with easy basics.

Days in the valley can be hot and bright, and nights can cool down, so layers matter. A light overshirt or mesh long-sleeve you can tie around your waist will get used more than anything else in your bag.

Lost Paradise outfit ideas

Day: desert disco

Crochet or linen set, bucket hat, sandals or sneakers, and a smoky translucent wrap like HAZE.

Night: Lost Disco

Metallic or sequin top, black shorts or a skirt, and a chrome shield. STROBZ catches the lasers.

NYE: go big

This is the night for colour. Pair a bold outfit with something like AKIRA, whose red-gold fire mirror looks unreal under stage lights.

New Year's Day: recovery mode

Oversized tee, bike shorts, slides and a dark, chunky frame like DENZO Black. Nobody needs to see your eyes today.

Camping-proof sunglasses

Four days of camping is rough on accessories. Pack at least two pairs of sunglasses: a statement pair for sets and a cheaper everyday pair for camp. At Beamin's prices, bringing a spare is easy. Every pair has UV400 lenses for full UVA and UVB protection during long days in the sun.
